Description

The Main Ridge Edition is made from coffee beans purchased from a group of micro-lot farmers in the Clarendon hills of Pennants in Main Ridge, coordinated by our friend and local farmer, Mr. Stanford Allen. These lots consist of 90% Arabica Typica, a highly revered coffee strain known for its fine cup quality. 

We chose to utilize the washed coffee process for this batch to bring out a balanced flavor profile with the distinct chocolate notes that Jamaican coffee is renowned for.

As members of the Jamaica Coffee Growers Association, we ensure the highest prices in the market are paid directly to farmers as we seek to preserve and revitalize the Jamaican High Mountain coffee farming community. Our mission extends beyond mere commerce; it is a dedication to preserving and revitalizing the heritage of Jamaica’s High Mountain coffee farming tradition.

    Fantastic roast! Super dark, rich with deep chocolate notes. Seeped it for 24 hours to make an amazing cold brew! Highly recommend! Best beans in the biz!

    Good coffee. I would describe the flavor as being very rich. I added a little oat milk to mine and it really brought out a slight chocolate flavor.
